Lexie Yardis, has worked within the legal field for several years and is committed to continuing education and gaining exposure to the law through practical experience. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs with honors from Rollins College and plans to attend law school to achieve her goal of becoming an attorney. Throughout her undergraduate degree, Lexie entered the legal field working for an insurance defense firm before joining Filler & Hedum Law Firm, which has introduced her to a wealth of information in family, civil, and criminal law.
Lexie was born and raised in Connecticut and relocated to Florida 4 years ago to complete her college education. Having worked full time within several professions while earning her high school and college diplomas, Lexie has learned the importance of hard work and dedication. This foundation has strengthened her attention to detail, commitment to both her work and clients, and a need for constant improvement that she brings to the office every day. She has a passion for navigating challenging legal situations by providing unwavering support to clients and both attorneys. Working for Filler & Hedum Law Firm has transformed the way Lexie approaches legal issues and given her a new perspective on the law. Both attorneys have a passion for educating and supporting their clients, which has instilled an appreciation for her work and the firm.
Outside of the office, Lexie has dedicated her time to sports, volunteering, cooking, and her family. Her cross country career had enabled her to work closely with the Make it Amazing Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation through fundraising and volunteer contributions. Her philanthropist contributions to Make-A-Wish continued throughout college by organizing and running several fundraising events. Lexie is the oldest of three daughters and takes pride in the love and support she has received from her family and is grateful for the strength and morals that her parents have instilled in her.
